So we’re well in to December now but that doesn’t mean we need to lose ourselves among the tinsel, mulled wine, and carolers.
I’ve brought you the modern way to spend your Christmas weekends.
The famous people over at Nomad Cinema are putting on for us one of their famous outdoor events, with a Christmas twist of course, The Magical Christmas pop-up screen will be set up in Belgrave Square Garden and will even have sleigh rides, crafts, face painting, a petting zoo, carol singers and refreshments. The film of choice is of course Frozen, to find out more click here.
The National Youth Jazz Orchestra are set to host a monthly jam session at Ray Jay’s record and book shop in Foyle’s Charring Cross Road branch, not only can you listen to some of the future jazz cats but you can even step up with your instrument as it’s an open floor. You do need to pre-book tickets so grab them here.
Lets get Nordic!
Nordic Yulefest is allowing the inhabitants of Dalston to transport themselves to a Nordic retreat without the heavy transport costs. Relax among the sheep-skin and seasonal decor, all whilst feeding on a four-course menu courtesy of Swedish cafe Fika; you’ll find food residents like apple-stuffed ham and cinnamon buns. Don’t forget to try some of the hot chocolate cocktails, so don’t hold back and find out more now – here.
Let us know what you guys get up to this weekend!
