Bet you thought we forgot about you, well we didn’t…so here’s this week’s installment – we’ve lined up quite a variety for you.

Hope you’re all rested from last weekend, or not, to grab this weekend with both hands and have yourself a cracking one; shame the weather is still as bad though. The summer is officially over…

Look

So, I may have twisted the words a little, but when it says “look around you” on their website…I couldn’t help it. Long story short is that you’re let loose with weapons of mass destruction (sledgehammers, crowbars, bats etc) and you’re allowed 10 minutes to go ape on a bunch of household objects. Just look at the mess you can make, here.

Listen

This Sunday, Europe’s largest outdoor South-Asian festival is coming to Gunnersbury Park; it’s a full day packed with live entertainment and traditional Asian culture. Live music, and various dance styles, crafts and even fireworks. London Mela is even completely free; so why not grab a few friends, dance and eat the day away. Plan  your day, here.

Latex?

Immersive theatre is becoming a “thing” now, and the words on everybody’s lips at the moment is ‘The Boy Who Climbed Out Of His Face’. Now, everything is pretty vague, and everyone who has been to see this is pretty hush hush; as you’re totally forbidden from taking photos (oh no, what will you Instagram now, guys). But, it takes place in several shipping containers; each room is a different “theme” – if you could call it that. Be prepared for latex masks, unrivalled jumps, and some downright weirdness. Find out more, here. It’s not actually on Google Maps, but here is the address:

The Jetty
Greenwich Peninsula
London
SE10 0FL
