It’s that time of year again with late night tubes, piles of sick everywhere, as well as absolutely everything being overpriced. It can only be New Years – this year we’ve brought you some of the best things for both the eve and day of New Years.
Hopefully, with these choices you can save yourself the headache and just have a great night.
So you’re probably expecting something really obscure and out of the ordinary, but since I can remember I’ve attended the parade. It actually used to be called The Lord Mayor of Westminster’s Big Parade – today it’s known as London’s New Year’s Day Parade. It’s meant to be bigger than ever this year, and is even being live streamed online; if you are feeling a little worse for wear from the night before. It’s all free, but do expect crowds. Now if there’s one thing that screams New Year’s eve its a mariachi band. One of the most renowned Mexican restaurants in London is throwing a Año Nuevo party; four-course meal, margaritas, mariachi music and dancing. If you think it can’t get any better than this, then you’re wrong – come midnight, instead of searching for the nearest person to smooch, you’ll find yourself partaking in the Mexican twelve grapes ritual. So instead of the awkward post-snog feeling, why don’t you bring in the new year with good luck, prosperity, and a good ol’ laugh. For more information on tickets, click here.
For those of you that have been avid readers of this website, you’ll know just how much we love Bounce – and to think that they’re throwing a ping-pong UV party this New Year’s Eve. With a ridiculously cheap price of only £10, which is unheard of, you can find yourself enjoying the following; unlimited ping pong all night across all tables, UV face paint, UV game entertainers, and music. I think that’s all we really need to say on that matter. To find out more, click here.
For those of you that have existing plans, what are you up to? Whatever you do, have an amazing time and Happy New Year from The Maybe Team. It’s been an incredible year for us, none of which would have been possible without you. So here’s to 2015!
