Photo Walk: Islington

One of our favourite parts of London, the vibrant borough of Islington has so many attractions and things to discover that you could spend days trying to cover them all – from dance at Sadler’s Wells, to a walk along Regent’s Canal, there is always something to be found for everyone!
We’ve centred this photo-walk on the bustling Upper Street and Islington High Street, with shops, coffee houses, pubs, and brilliantly unique venues such as the Union Chapel ( a working church, which doubles as one of the gems of the music scene), the Screen on the Green cinema and the King’s Head theatre pub (one of several theatre pubs in the area).  Step off the main road, however, and you find yourself surrounded by beautiful townhouses, tree-lined residential streets, independent art galleries and some great vintage shops, as well as the Almeida Theatre and the lively Little Angel Theatre.
Camden Passage, just off Islington High Street and near to Angel tube, is home to market stalls, shops and cafes, providing you with everything from vintage clothing and antiques to some of the best eateries in this area, not to mention all the great pubs.
