Burberry’s very own cafe is called Thomas’s which can be found within the newly expanded London flagship store at 121 Regent Street. An all day eaterie that offers a menu of quintessentially British classics from afternoon tea to lobster and chips. For lunch, we ordered 6 rock oysters as starters; half a lobster with chips as my main; and for desserts we shared a plate of fresh fruit mince pies and a custard slice with strawberries (my sister had a naughty selection of sorbets with strawberry sauce). The Burberry cafe itself was a destination for many Chinese tourists as it seems but many locals are just as intrigued to indulge in the full Burberry luxury experience. The cafe was spacious and airy, plenty of light that over looks Regent Street; connecting the cafe to the gifting room that’s dimmed to beige walls and Burberry’s monogramming station. What’s really funny is that he claims he had the same photograph taken by Style Slicker on Instagram and we were like “oh that’s our sister”. He’s clearly met the Lee clan! If you pay a visit; I am pretty certain you will find him there.
